Going Up to Drill Down!

GSS Piling had their piling plant craned over a school in SW London area for the construction of a contiguous piled wall and bearing piles to the rear of the school. The piles are being installed using a combination of our two rigs the Klemm KR708 and KR702.

The KR708 is the heavier of the two and weighs 9.0 tonnes and had to have the mast dismantled on site and craned over. The mast only took 20 minutes to remove and 15 minutes to lift back onto the rig and secure for tracking. The rig was reassembled and up and ready to pile within 90 minutes.
